Did someone say you can change? Questions about restorative/ reparative counseling? Read this first.

To erase your history in Internet Explorer, launch Explorer and find the "tools" drop down menu in the main menu at the top of the page. When you bring down the tools menu, find and click on the "internet options" entry which is the very last option. This will bring up the "internet options" window.

Once the "internet options" window opens, you will see that the 'general" tab section is displayed. In the "temporary internet files" section, click on the "delete files" button. Then in the next section, which is the "history" section, click the clear history button. This will

of the information you need in a way that protects you from people who are trying to keep that information from you.

You might want to check out what other steps you can take to make sure your visit to our site and others is kept confidential.  Using a computer at a public library or FedExKinkos is also suggested.

Also, you might want to consider opening a free email account using hotmail.com or yahoo.com.

How to Keep Your Visit Confidential

Your visit to our site is confidential. Information given to HeartStrong via email, telephone, mail, or by registering with the HeartStrong Network is viewed only by persons associated with this organization.

You should consider erasing your internet history after you have left our site. By erasing your history (which is generally stored on the computer you are using) you will keep your visits to our site confidential from others who may use your computer.  (RAs, Deans and others may go through your computer to see where you have been.)
