 humbly gave Carol Gload, the mom, the HeartStrong Leave a Light Award in 2004 and also gave her son the Jordan Carter Courage Award.  What is being done here is real history.  It takes so much courage and personal fortitude to do what Carol and her son have done.

Landmark Case to View

As we have said before, this is the first instance that we can find where a student and/or their family has sued a religious school and actually made it to a state supreme court.
