Smart Bible College does not permit discrimination against any student by other students or employees of the university for any reason including, but not limited to gender identity, gender expression and the perception or identification of the individual’s gay, lesbian or bisexual orientation.
Incidents involving discrimination against gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered students/employees will be fully investigated and disciplinary actions will be enacted.

Smart Jewish University does not permit harassment against any student by other students or employees of the university for any reason including, but not limited to gender identity, gender expression and the perception or identification of the individual’s gay, lesbian or bisexual orientation.
Incidents involving harassment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered students/employees will be fully investigated and disciplinary actions will be enacted.
A truly committed religious educational institution will also have a published, administration-sanctioned non-harassment and non-discrimination policy in place and enforced.
